ServiceNow Developer

About the role

Kumoco are the AI experts for ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Developer you will build and deliver on the ServiceNow AI Platform for global enterprises, using SnowCoder (Yeti) - our own AI - to develop production-ready ServiceNow faster and at higher quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, CSM and the wider platform.
• Build with the ServiceNow AI Platform - Now Assist and AI agents - and with SnowCoder as your delivery accelerator.
• Write configuration and code (Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow/Workflow, Fluent SDK) to a high, secure standard.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs and project managers to ship the full scope at go-live.
• Review AI-generated artefacts and apply your expertise where human judgement matters most (security, ACLs, design).

What we're looking for

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience; relevant ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
• Solid grounding in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and platform fundamentals.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development and a desire to work at the front of it.
• A collaborative, quality-first mindset and the ability to work in a distributed team.
