Senior ServiceNow Developer

About the role

We are growing and looking for an exceptional Senior ServiceNow Developer to join Kumoco - the AI experts for ServiceNow. You will lead complex builds, set technical standards, and help shape how we deliver ServiceNow with SnowCoder, our own AI product.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex ServiceNow solutions and integrations (IntegrationHub, Workflow Data Fabric, APIs).
• Set and uphold technical standards, code quality, security and automated testing (ATF).
• Mentor developers and review work, including AI-generated artefacts from SnowCoder.
• Contribute to how we build with AI - shaping patterns, guardrails and accelerators across engagements.
• Work with architects and delivery leads to ship secure, scalable solutions at pace.

What we're looking for

• Significant ServiceNow development experience, including custom application development and integrations.
• Strong command of ServiceNow scripting, the Fluent/ServiceNow SDK and platform architecture.
• Advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CAD, CIS, or architecture tracks) are highly desirable.
• A leadership mindset and genuine enthusiasm for AI-accelerated delivery.
